ABSTRACT
The article presents contemporary possibilities for the application of large-panel prefabrication in multi-family housing. Technological solutions enabling precast concrete elements to be adapted to contemporary architectural and functional requirements are discussed, including the integration of building services and connections, the use of large-area glazing, and various methods of shaping and finishing surfaces. Selected aspects of the transportation, storage and assembly of precast elements are also presented. The advantages of the technology are highlighted, including shorter construction times, reduced on-site work, and high quality and consistency of execution. The challenges associated with logistics, interdisciplinary coordination and project preparation are also discussed.
